Aged Wu Yi Oolong Tea is from a well known factory in Wuyi Rock Mountain. This Aged Wu Yi Oolong Tea has been aged since 2002. Theres two types of Aged Wu Yi Oolong Tea offered at our online store. We have Aged Shui Xian Oolong Tea and Aged Cassia Bark Oolong Tea. Both teas come in 50 gm with their own packaging.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 - 5 grams (1-5 teaspoons) full with tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.

 

An exceptional rou gui that has been aged quite well. It has a wonderfully robust and complex flavor and a perfect balance brought out by the aging. Rou gui is one of the teas I use to judge a vendor, and this is one of my favorites.

This is probably one of the best oolong teas I've ever had. Great for anyone who loves oolong teas.
