Da Hong Pao oolong tea is one of the most famous wu yi mountain rock oolong teas. Our Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea is from a very famous company in China that produced Wu Yi Shan Oolong Tea. Their teas are known to be one of the best in the world and are organically grown. The company is situated in the world famous Mt. Wuyi.

The processing production tea workshop is constructed nearby the Mt. Wuyi scenery scenic spot area with green hills surrounding it, the ecological environment is very advantageous for a tea farm. The company produces teas that are carefully selects by experts from the Mt.Wuyi.

The tea standard and quality are monitered by Mt. Wuyi engineering supervision bureau, the Fujian farming and forestry university tea research institute, the Chinese agriculture academy of science tea research institute and the national Ministry of Agriculture. Their teas are ussually used to be given as gift to foreign dignitaries. Also all their Wu Yi Yan Cha are organically grown.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 - 5 grams (1-5 teaspoons) full with tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
