Huang Shan Mao Feng green tea is one of the ten famous Chinese green teas and has been grown in the Yellow Mountain (Huang Shan) region of Anhui Province for more than three hundred years. Huang Shan Mao Feng green tea is considered as the best mao feng among the mao feng category due to its high quality harvesting and its unique processing steps. Huang Shan Mao Feng is a gentle tea with slightly hint of nutty sweet flavor. Suitable to be drank whole day long.

Fragrant aroma with a hint of pleasant nutty note, full flavor and long lasting after-taste.

Appearance:
Emerald-green young and tender tea leaves (mixture of one bud one leaf and one bud two leaves). Infusion color is tender green with a luster of ivory.

Huang Shan, An Hui Province

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2.5 - 3 grams of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
