Jade Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea is a splendid Oolong Tea that is always in demand because of its unique elegance taste. It is one of China’s top ten tea. Oolong tea is partially or semi-fermented, they have some of the qualities of both black and green tea. This Jade Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea come from one of the top tea plantation in An Xi. This Tie Guan Yin is ’qing xiang’ which simply means light and thin fragrance.

Floral fragrance and fresh fruity taste. Comforts the throat. Can last for multiple infusions.

Appearance:
Tightly rolled little pellets from tea leaves. The infusion is golden-yellow in color.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 grams (1-2 teaspoons) tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
