History: Ke Yi Xing is a very famous old Chinese tea brand. It started off with a small tea factory managed by a family in 1925 but closed down during the WWII. They started the business again in 1945 but was forced to close again in 1950 due to bad business responses. Ke Yi Xing you find in the market nowadays are produced by other factories but using the same Ke Yi Xing brand name.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 1/4 to 1/3 full with tea leaves. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
