Lady Orchid Oolong Tea

Lady Orchid Oolong Tea

(rating: 4.3 out of 5)

Lady Orchid Oolong Tea is produced by tightly compressing the tea leaves with powdered American Ginseng and Liquorice Grass. Ginseng helps to nourish the body and replenish energy. Lady Orchid Oolong Tea is an excellent choice for soothing a dry throat and cough. If you are new to chinese tea, Lady Orchid Oolong Tea will definately be the best choice for you.

Price & Size :

Quantity :

Other names:
Lan Gui Ren Oolong Tea

Taste:
Chinese sweet grass licorice softens ginseng’s natural bitterness and offers the drinker a moistening sweet, velvety taste. After a few infusions the Oolong flavour of the tea will reward you with the predominance of its nutty flavour.

Appearance:
Tightly rolled tea leaves into the shape of tiny pellets, coated with a thin layer of powdered American Ginseng and Liquorice Grass. The infusion yields an amber colored.

Origin:
Yunnan Province

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 grams (1-2 teaspoons) tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

I have drinked this tea very and very good

This tea my husband and I both enjoyed. Leaves a sweet aftertaste in the mouth. Very nice full licorice flavor. Good for multiple infusions.

This is a flavored tea, but not like other flavored or scented teas. The licorice and ginseng blend nicely, but are a significant and substantial part of the brew. Similar teas have been very popular with my friends, and this one replaces the last one we finished. There is also a similar tea without the licorice (ginseng only), but our friends agree the licorice is better as it mellows the flavor nicely. The american ginseng and licorice in the tea have a gentle, relaxing effect and can put you to sleep if youre in the mood for a nap!

The infusion has a slightly nutty flavor and is incredibly smooth.

Bit rough this one

A very good after meal tea. I believe the licorice and ginseng in the tea are very effective in metabolising the fatty food stuff. Ive placed a second order for this tea.

It is not the best tea, but it is also good.
