Lao Cong Shui Xian Oolong Tea or also known as Old Bush Shui Xian wu-long. This Old Bush Shui Xian oolong tea is harvested from Shui Xian tea trees which are already over 190 years old. Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2 - 3 grams (approx 1/10 oz) of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1-2 minutes for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.

Very nice! It leaves a smooth, silky feeling on the tongue, the likes of which I havent experienced before. Has lots of body (feels thick in the mouth), and has good chocolate flavor. Definitely worth it.
