Organic Fuding White Tea

Organic Fuding White Tea is a new special White Tea. This special White tea is produce from fresh tea leaves and buds in Fuding. Process by using three steps; withering, slightly rolling and drying. The withered fresh tea leaves are immediately dried.

White tea is rich with anti-oxidant properties.

Appearance:
Long green curled leaves with silvery tips.

Fuding, Fujian Province

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2.5 - 3 grams (approx 1/10 oz) of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80°c (176°F) to 90°c (196°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
