Taste: Crisp, clean, smooth finish and creamy taste. Appearance: Long green curled leaves with silvery tips. Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province Harvest Period: Spring 2010 Brewing Guide: We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2.5 - 3 grams (approx 1/10 oz) of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80°c (176°F) to 90°c (196°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

Reviews Excellent white tea, the scent of the dried leaves is amazing. its very remenescent of laychee fruit. the infused tea is very much like a mild and sweet green tea, with the same laychee note but very subtle found in the aftertaste. really excellent tea!!!!!! But this one does and yet does not have the astringency of stronger teas. It is a delicate yet very present aroma. I also love the way the leaves look like.
