Pai Mu Tan White Tea

Pai Mu Tan White Tea leaves are plucked from a special varietal tea bush called Narcissus or chaicha bushes. Pai Mu Tan White Tea buds are naturally dried in little daylight. White Tea has anticancer properties, tea has a calming and detoxifying effect on the skin. White tea is especially potent in that it is has three times as many antioxidant polyphenols as green or black tea and has been shown to be 100% more effective in mopping up free radicals that cause skin to sag.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2.5 - 3 grams (approx 1/10 oz) of tea leaves (1-2.5 teaspoons) for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80°c (176°F) to 90°c (196°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
