I add these buds to my black and Pu Erh teas and love the flavor that I get from doing that. You can experiment with how many you use and I get the best flavor from them after a few infusions when they open up and release their full flavor. I also add a few right to my infuser cup. Add two to the pot and two to you actual cup(more of less). Excellent and they look so pretty too.
