Wen Shan Bao Zhong Oolong Tea

Wen Shan Bao Zhong Oolong Tea is grown in Pinglin, Taiwan. Wen Shan is the name of a high mountain in Pinglin. Bao Zhong or Pouchong tea from Wen Shan is one of the finest oolong tea. Bao Zhong tea is processed with a minimum of rolling and drying, resulting in large, deep green leaves that have undergone only slight oxidation. It is sometime known as green oolong.

Taste:
Floral aroma and light, sweet lingering aftertaste.

Dark greenish slightly twisted tea leaves.

Brewing Guide:
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 - 5 grams (1-5 teaspoons) full with tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
