Not getting our email replies? Why? Because ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and Mail service providers like Yahoo! and Hotmail must have blocked our replies or move them to Junk Mail folder. If you do not check your mail frequently, the chances are our replies have been deleted.
How do I know if my email from TeaCuppa.com gets blocked?
We reply all emails we get. If you submitted few emails and got no reply from us. You might have a problem so please read on.
Whitelisting us in your e-mail program, spam filter, and mail service
To make sure you receive our e-mail you must make sure we are "whitelisted" in your e-mail program, spam filter, and ISP.
Example: Adding our email address email@example.com to your Contact List or Address Book. Always allow us in your Safe List. Each email client has their own configuration so please try to take a look at your ISP or Email Client helpdesk system.
