Bo leaves are from Bo tree, which is believed to be a sacred tree for buddhists. Its said that Buddha reached the illumination while meditating under a tree like this.
Bo leaves tea is said to prevent high blood presure and calm your nerves. Bo leaves tea can be brewed together with Rosemary. 1 teaspoon of Rosemary with 5 Bo leaves.

Brewing Guide:
Fill 1 teaspoon of Bo seeds to a cup (225ml) of boiling water or you can boil them first. Then add in 5 leaves and steeped for 5 minutes. If you like you can add 1 teaspoon of Rosemary.
