A good tea, but not what I was hoping for. Will be trying others, trying to replace my #3038 Ren Shen Wu Long before I run out completely.

I love the aroma of Oolong Tea and this tea is no exception. Very tasty and the ginseng will give you a bump in the morning. A good alternative to caffeine.

All good with tea, but ordered 200 gr. I`ve recieved 176, without package. All of 3 packs has wrong wight: 100 g - 88 with package, 50 g - 48 with pack. My scales accurate to 2 g. How does this happen?

Unfortunately, I could not try this tea as I ordered it on 9th August and after two weeks of realising that I still do not have my order, I contacted the customer service just to be told that it is out of stock. I asked for alternative products but they also seem to be out of stock. I am still waiting for my order to be finalised after several weeks of going back and forth on correspondence with Customer Service which is hugely frustrating. This is the last time I am using this company as I am very unhappy with handling of orders. I used teacuppa.com on a couple of other occasions and was happy with their service. It is such a pity that the customer service became so bad. If an item is out of stock, it needs to state that this is out of stock and all customers who purchased these items should be contacted promptly and offered either a refund or an alternative product.
