Are Your Tea Organic?
Only some of our teas are organic, information will be available in the tea description section. Organic tea is grown in a pesticide free environment. It also follows the producing and processing method of organic agriculture and without man-made chemo-synthetic fertilizers, pesticide, plant growth regulator, chemical food additive in the course of production.

Can I Get a Free Sample?
Yes, we do give our sample when you place a new order with us. It will be shipped together with your new order. Simply leave us a message in the gift message/instructions during checkout. We will not ship the sample if the tea is out of stock.

Our Packaging

Tea Packaging
Your loose-leaf tea will be pack in a special heat-sealed foil bags to ensure your tea will stay fresh for months. Each bag will be labeled with the name of the tea and quantity. The bag will then be protected by bubble wrap and shipping in an extra box as outer packaging.

Only certain pre-packaged teas will arrive in their original packaging. Pu Er tea cake will come in a special colorful box.
