  • Soft Beancurd Saute In Dong Ding Tea
    Ingredients

    • 2 piece of soft beancurd
    • 1 rice bowlful of brewed Dong Ding tea
    • 1/2 tablespoonful of oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tablespoonful of soy sauce
    • 1/2 tablespoonful of sugar
    • Pepper - to taste
    • Salted Fish - a pinch
    • Dried shrimp (soaked shortly) - a pinch
    • Dong Ding Tea leaves (fried) - a pinch
    • Oil - to taste

    Method

    • Put ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper) into the tea infusion and mix throughly.
    • Heat wok, fry dried shrimp and salted fish with oil until golden in color, add in Dong Ding tea leaves and fry another few seconds.
    • Pour tea mixture over beancurd then sprinkle salted fish, dried shrimp and fried Dong Ding tea leaves to serve.
