Finally we have most of our Spring tea arrival early this month. We would like to highlight our Pre-Ming Lion Peak Long Jing or rather known as Shi Feng Long Jing

Lion Peak Long Jing Green Tea is our best grade Long Jing. It is also considered the best of West Lake Long Jing. Picked once a year by hand at the very tender first spring tea leaves. Lion Peak Long Jing Green Tea is a premium tea and highly prized tea. This tea has flat and narrow slightly uneven tea leaves comprising of one bud with one-to-two leaves variety. The color is somewhat greenish but very fresh. The infusion is very clear and light in the color which shows a slight pale yellow-green. This special tea is delicate with chest nutty flavor. The sweet aftertaste completely fills your mouth after a few sips.

Tai Ping Hou Kui Green Tea
Tai Ping Hou Kui Green Tea is one of Chinas Ten Famous tea and is believed to help with diabetic problem by the Chinese folks. A little history about Tai Ping Hou Kui Green Tea, the word "Hou" refers to Hou Keng Village where the highest grade of this tea is made and the word "Kui" refers to a tea-grower Wang Kui-cheng who made this tea by improving the processing of a local green tea "Jian Cha" around 1900.
