    Tips: If you are planning to keep your Wuyi Oolong Tea for aging like 5 or 10 years, it is best to keep them in a air tight metal canister. Open it once in 3 months to let some air in. Best to be kept in an almost full canister to avoid air trapping inside the empty space.

    Ban Tian Yao Oolong Tea
    Ban Tian Yao Oolong Tea is also another famous Wuyi Oolong tea. The name of this tea is special as it means half way to the sky. It literally means that this tea breed or cultivar is grown on a high cliff and it looks like it is hanging on the sky. Ban Tian Yao Oolong Tea has a good body, smooth and complex flavor.
     
    Mei Zhan Oolong Tea
    Mei Zhan Oolong Tea is from the famous Mei Zhan cultivar bushes from Wuyi Shan Mountain. Mei Zhan Wuyi Oolong Tea has a milder taste but with full bodied and lingering sweet taste. Mei Zhan Wuyi Oolong Tea is gaining more popularity now.


     

    Ming Cong Oolong Tea
    Ming Cong Oolong Tea is also from the famous wuyi oolong tea bushes. Even though it is not one of the Si Da Ming Cong but this famous tea has been around since the early days of Song Dynasty. Ming Cong Oolong Tea is a very famous tea back then. It is a single bush harvest Wuyi Rock tea.

    Shi Ru Xiang Oolong Tea
    Shi Ru Xiang Oolong Tea is a another cultivar of Wu Yi mountain rock tea. Shi Ru Xiang Oolong Tea name means that this special tea has the fragrance of minerals and rocks from the wuyi mountain cliffs. Or rather known as the Yan or rock flavor. The soil in this area is rich with minerals from the erosion of the mountains.

    Te Ji Rou Gui Oolong Tea
    Te Ji Rou Gui Oolong Tea is another variation to our normal rougui offering. This is a special grade rou gui with a heavier or rather strong charcoal roasted aroma. The other rou gui we had, is more towards floral fragrance. Te Ji Rou Gui Oolong Tea is definately for someone who prefer nong xiang rou gui.
    Tung Ting Wu Yi Oolong Tea
    Tung Ting Wu Yi Oolong Tea is a special tea and from the name it simply means it is harvested during the cold weather/winter. Not much wuyi teas are being harvested during this period of time. Tung Ting Wu Yi Oolong Tea is one of them. Generally, wuyi tea harvested during winter time are much cheaper that those harvest in April. At this price, this tea is really worth it.
